Das Reinigungsprinzip

Reinigungsprinzip

Beim Reinigen werden die Trockeneis-Pellets mittels Druckluft beschleunigt und treffen dabei mit Schallgeschwindigkeit auf den zu reinigenden Werkstoff. Die Verschmutzungsschicht wird so lokal unterkühlt und spröde.

Die nachfolgend auftreffenden Pellets dringen in diese Risse ein und sublimieren beim Auftreffen schlagartig. Das Trockeneis wird gasförmig, vergrößert sein Volumen und sprengt dabei den Schmutz von der Oberfläche.

Für die Trockeneisreinigung wird benötigt und unsererseits gestellt:

  • CO2 – Trockeneisstrahlanlage
    (je nach Anwendungsbereich mit Niederdruck 1-3 bar oder Hochdruck 4-16 bar)
  • Kompressor
  • Absauganlage für Innenbereiche bzw. ausreichend Frischluft
  • Schutzausrüstung für Personal
  • Thermobox
  • Trockeneispellets 3mm
